In order to keep the location undisturbed, you will receive the exact location after booking the date. It is possible to get to the places by car, which you can park in the nearby ootoolny, or by bus or train. You can find specific transport options in the description of each location.
No need to worry, all ootools are made by a company with 14 years of experience in implementing tree parks, lookout towers, etc. You don’t have to worry about your safety even with the flying ootool (air variant). The probability of falling is about the same as for an airplane or an asteroid. Thanks to the pull-out steps, no one can get to the top, so you can enjoy nature with complete peace of mind. All the cabins are also hidden in a quiet place, so you are unlikely to meet any passers-by.
The picturesque of the ootoolno can be appreciated in the sunshine or in the rain, it is designed for all weather conditions. In case of extreme conditions, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be able to choose another date.

It won’t. Ootoolna is insulated for year round comfort and has heating available. In colder weather, you can simply turn it on and the room will be comfortably warm in no time. You can also make hot tea or coffee.
In the ootoolna you will find a separate room with a toilet. So like at home, no need to run behind the bushes.
We use solar power to shine in the dark and allow you to charge your phone via USB. You won’t find conventional sockets in the ootool.
The kitchenette has a sink with running water. In keeping with our philosophy of leaving the place completely untouched, we bring in and haul away all the water, so there is a limited amount. For the same reason there is no shower on site.
Please bring your own food and drinking water. There is a cold kitchen on site with water for coffee or tea. Food can be stored in a thermo box. Alternatively, you can also visit one of the local restaurants, you will get tips from us.
All types of ootoolen are designed for an adult couple. However, for the flying hut (VERSION AIR) you have to climb up a ladder. So consider your options. It is suspended several metres above the ground and is not recommended for people with health problems or a fear of heights. In total, your weight must not exceed 250 kg.
Apart from food, drink and comfortable clothes for the surrounding trips, only the willingness to surrender to silence, contemplation and experience.
It depends on the chosen date. The price range varies according to the months and days of the year, generally ranging between 2.5 and 4 thousand CZK per night.
If you let us know in time, we will gladly choose another date for you. Rescheduling less than one month before arrival is subject to the following cancellation policy:
we do not cut anything within 30 days before arrival,
29–14 days before arrival, cancellation is charged at 50% of the total amount of the original date(s),
13–7 days before arrival, cancellation is charged at 75% of the total amount of the original date(s),
and less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount of the original date(s) will be charged for cancellation.
